ThO alleged Irish gunrunners dubbed the
Fort Worth Five are in Abilene this noon. Before dawn this morning the five men were rrant removed from the County jail for the trip to Abilene where U-S District Judge Leo Brewster will preside at a bond hearing for them. Judge Brewster ordered them held without bond since June after they refused to testify before a federal grand jury investigating alleged gunrunning to Northern Ireland. His decision was upheld by the First Court of Appeals. But last week Supreme Court Justice William Douglas ordered bond be set in the case.
