Translation of headline on back: MacDonald visits the waterfalls at Niagara Falls. Transcription of handwriting on front: "Illuminated by very powerful reflections. Tell dad the U. S. got even with England for charging 10 dollars for Visas." Handwritten translation on back: "Mr. McDonald arrived last night accompanied by his daughter, and were the objects of an enthusiastic reception. After eating, they visited the falls which presented a fantastic aspect (over)".
