Photocopy of a letter from Jack Davis, Bill McCarter and Nancy Reynolds, North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts, to Rosaena Garza, Director of Academic Programs, Corpus Christi ISD. In regards to Wynn Seale Fine Arts Magnet School applying for an innovative education grant from the Texas Education Agency and that North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts endorses the proposal. At the request of their major funders, NTIEVA are expanding to include districts outside of the DFW / North Texas locations and are going to consult with CCISD for collaborative opportunities.
