Photocopy of a letter from Bill McCarter, co-director of North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts, to Nicole Murphy Holland, Vice President for Exhibitions InterCultura. Enclosed in the letter to Holland, McCarter has sent a newsletter of the National Art Education Association, for Holland to get a feeling of strength from the teacher organization. Newsletter not present with letter.
