After more than three years of demolition problems,
money troubles, labor pains and other setbacks,
Tarrant County's new convention center is ready to host
it's first major attraction....the ice capades. And the
first tennants are reported delighted with the facility.
An ice capades vice president said today "Frankly, our
cast would like to spend the entire season right here."
The extravaganza u will run for six days. And the
skaters spent this afternoon working out in the
ice arena, in use for the first time.
The performers include 21 year old Janet Runn, who hasbeen with the show four years.
GIRL IN BLACK
Featured performers usually work out at least two hours
a day.

The show includes a pair of newlyweds, Roy and Sandi
