[Letter from Truett Latimer to Bill, January 31, 1957]
Description:
Letter from Truett Latimer to Bill discussing House Bill 54, which Latimer writes needs to be amended before he can support it. He writes that the $500 licensing fee is too high, that the bill does not specify how this money would be spent, and that the limitation of one license per 10,000 people is monopolistic. Latimer also writes that he has not yet had time to consider House Bills 22 and 13 but that he will respond soon and includes copies of House Bills 54 and 13 with his letter.
