[Os-Aple Jubilee Week Parade]

Description: The 'Os-Aple' jubilee was the 1912 celebration marking 60 years of existence for the City named 'El Paso'. El Paso was originally settled and named as the Franklin Settlement in 1849. The photograph was captured from a distance above, and many people can be seen observing the scene below.
