An aerial photograph of Impact, Texas, a suburb located just north of Abilene, Texas. The photograph was taken the year after Impact was incorporated. Shortly after incorporation, its citizens (consisting primarily of the Dallas Perkins family and family friends) voted to allow the sale of liquor. The photograph was taken by Abilene photographer Don Hutcheson.
