The men are shooting the high pressured water streams over a bridge into a body of water.

There are ten firemen riding in the truck, two are in the front seat, six are sitting in the bed, and two are riding off of the back. There is an inscription on the engine that says "Auxiliary" and the caption on the photo reads: "Combination Chemical and Hose Motor Car Fire Department - Battle Creek, Mich."
