SCOUTS
It may look like a tangle of rope and
posts, but it's part of the Pioneering exhibit
of Boy Scout troop 20 from Hurst. It is a
suspension bridge erected by the Scouts outside
the Will Rogers Exhibit building in yort Worth
where the Longhorn council of Scouts opened its
50th anniversary Scout-o-rama tonight. To get
the big affair underway, Scout Commissioner H.C.
Hildebrandt and three of' the Scouts --Wesley Rawle,
Don Burton and Dennis Withers --simulate turning
a huge cardboard key in an equally large keyhole.
The exhibits cover the field of Scouting,
Scouts
with each troop of Cubs,Boy 2$xi and Explorer
Scouts exhibiting different crafts. The show
will be open to the public all day tomorrow.- .-
