Center Museum has a request involving both art and
money. He wants 50-thousand-dollars in a lump sum to
renovate the 14-year-old museum --plus an increase in
the center's annual budget from 30-thousand to
40-thousand dollars to maintain it. He says the
building has become shoddy from lack of repair.
Hopkins is assured the requests will be considered ata city budget hearing.
