Description: Photograph of William A. Polk, head and shoulders against a light background. He has a moustache and is wearing a light shirt, dark jacket and a bow tie. The photographer's imprint at the bottom of the card is "Texas Photo Company." Written in pencil on the back of the card is the name William A. Polk and the names of other family members. Polk was a bachelor, with no children, and lived in San Augustine, Texas.
