[Polish St. Nicholas Cake]

Description: Photograph of St. Mikolaj (St. Nicholas) cake, made by a Polish nun of the Seraphic Order in San Antonio, in the Polish Christmas display at the Texas Folklife Festival. The cake is molded to form St. Nicholas sitting in a sleigh. The cake looks to be covered in chocolate icing, with white icing for decoration and detail.
