[Field Ambulance]

Description: Photograph of U.S. Ambulance picking up wounded soldiers on a battlefield. Three unidentified soldiers are placing a wounded soldier onto the field gurney also known as a stretcher or litter. This particular field ambulance was specially modified with supporting hooks so that it could transport up to four loaded field gurneys.
