Description: Extract of a letter from Naoyoshi Kuchinaka to Colonel Oliver Trechter originally written on behalf of a Japanese Army soldier, Tatsuo Tsuchiya. The unnamed writer of the letter says that Tsuchiya should not be found guilty as he was only following the orders of his superior officers.
