[Andrew J. Nelson Farm in the Country]

Description: Photograph taken facing east of the Nelson family gathered on the back top and bottom porches of the farm house built by Andrew J. Nelson, whom can be seen sitting on the bottom porch. A label with text on the front mat of the photo reads, "A. J. Nelson Farm in the Country. Family on proch. Built by Mr. A. J. Nelson in 1854, stone hand sawed. Stone from Cedar Park. (Notice lightning rods on top of roof)". The text can be seen repeated in penciled handwriting on the back.
