The courthouse is a two-story sandstone building with dormers, a short belfry-like tower in its center, and balconies in each four corners. Three people look into the reflective pond, next to a windmill. By notes written on the back, they are identified as "Mr. and Mrs. Jno. Bentley / (pharmacist for T. A. Fannin) / E. A. [?] / (b[ookeeper] for Everybody's)".
