Description: Two letters to John E. Surratt, secretary of the Kessler Plan Association, printed on the same page. The first is from J. C. Nichols, suggesting that the Association postpone the election for bond issues (rather than holding them during a regular municipal election). The second letter is from F. W. A. Vesper discussing reasons that bond measures did not pass in Kansas City, Missouri.

[Russian Documents and Letters]

Description: Photocopy of documents concerning Lee Harvey Oswald's connection with Russia. The first is a request for reconsideration of monetary determination filed by Oswald. Two more documents are letters from members of the Jesuit House of Studies in Mobile, Alabama, one asking Oswald to give a talk there on Communism and his travels in Russia, and another thanking him for the talk. The rest are forms written in Russian.
