The Osmunda Club Programme

Description: The Osmunda Club tendered this program and dance card to Miss McNeely of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Misses Lena and Louise Comegys of Gainesville, Texas. The dance took place in the club rooms on January 31, 1896. The Osmunda Club's first organizational meeting was held on November 18th, 1895. Officers were elected and a name was chosen at the next club meeting. They held many fancy dress balls throughout the year.

Kippy Jagoe Elected CAR Honorary State President

Description: Photograph of Kippy Jagoe, recently elected Honorary State President of the Children of the American Revolution, and several female members of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Denton Ariel Club's "Art Day" Program

Description: The program lists the scheduled performances by members of the Denton Ariel Club's, Art Department during Art Day on March 4, 1912. The "Art Day" was held at the home of Mrs. L. H. Schweer and performances include "The Merry Wives of Windsor," "Forget Me Not," "Oh Nightingale," and others. The programs for the afternoon were hand-painted bluebonnets on the cover done in watercolor with gold leaf accents. The program inside was done in gold lettering.
