Description: Letter from A. F. Hicks to Dr. Joseph Pound concerning to developments in the organization of a reunion for the veterans of the Confederate Army in Texas. Hicks says that he has "made arrangements with the citizens of Llano, so that I can issue to the veterans 3 days rations."
