Description: An essay written by James W. Hunt, President of McMurry College, regarding McMurry's position on a controversial football game between McMurry and Abilene Christian College, in which A.C.C. won the game, allegedly due to a bad call by the referees. The essay refers to comments about the game made by Harold L. (Prexy) Anderson, sports writer for A.C.C.'s student newspaper "The Optimist," and later for the Abilene Reporter-News.
