Oxen Hauling Cotton to Market

Description: Black and white copy print of an ox-drawn wagon transporting cotton to market. Two men, identified as Hans Rasmussen and Ernest Recane, are riding atop the wagon and steering the oxen. Description: Photograph of construction on a dock in a harbor. The posts of the dock have been placed in the water and are located at even intervals, however there is no material covering these posts to serve as a walkway. To the right of the dock is a ship and a barge that are both stacked with cargo. The opposite shore is visible and it is lined with multi-story buildings that are located at the base of a hill.
