[Clark Hall during construction]

Description: Photograph of the removal of a house on the future site of Clark Hall. Clark Hall was named for Miss Edith L. Clark, the first dean of women, 1916-1944. Located on the corner of Maple Street and Avenue C, Clark is one of UNT's "standard halls" that houses mainly freshmen. A sign with the words "The Hassen" "Buddy Bruce, mgr" can be seen near the curb. A car with license plate number "GYL 35" is parked in front of the house being demolished.
