Letter from V. E. Haley, of the United States Treasury Department, to Dr. Meyer Bodansky in Galveston, TX. The letter gives Dr. Bodansky an appointment as an Attendant Specialist in Pathological Chemistry at the U.S. Marine Hospital in Galveston. At the bottom is an endorsement by J. R. Ridlon, Medical Director of the hospital, forwarding the letter to Dr. Bodansky.
