[Clipping: Learning Russian]

Description: Article taken from the October 23 issue of the Spectator written by Alan Moray Williams. Mr. Williams article argues that the Russian language is not as difficult to learn as its reputation might present. His argument is built upon explaining that the Cyrillic alphabet and declension of its syntax have some shared European parts of speech.
