Description: Document that relates to the case of Edward Prince vs. Mrs. C. F. Bonnell et al, accused of deed fraud, originally decided May 8, 1895. This document is a citation summoning W. H. Bonnell and Mrs. C. F. Bonnell "to be and appear before the Honorable District Court of Kerr County." Prince claims that the deeds created by W. H. Bonnell to Mrs C. F. Bonnell are "without valuable consideration in law and are fraudulent" and the lands mentioned in the deeds should be "sold and foreclosed."
