Downtown Arlington, Mineral Well

Description: Photograph of a gathering in downtown Arlington. There are many horse-drawn wagons carrying bales of cotton in the street. Hatch, originally from Tennessee and a veteran of the Confederacy, was one of the earlier merchants in Papalote.
