Description: Interview with Charles (Charly) Seale, who served with the Department of Public Safety, Highway Patrol Service during the flood of July 17, 1987 near Comfort, Texas. The flood took the lives of ten children. Charles was in the the first responding helicopter involved in the rescue operation and recounts the events, the search that followed, and changes made afterwards.
