Description: Interview with Millicent W. Bounds, a longtime resident of the Pelly/Baytown, Texas area. Mrs. Bounds answers questions relating to her family history in Texas, noting that her grandparents arrived in Texas in 1875. She goes on to talk about her husband T. Hubbard Bounds, the former fire marshal of the Pelly and Goose Creek Fire Department.
