[Meeting Minutes for the Board of Directors and Advisory Council]

Description: Document of the record of the first meeting between the board of directors and the advisory council of the Dallas Citizens' Interrracial Association. The meeting discussed the plan to build more housing on more sites that have a housing shortage as well as the finances. After the speeches from the elected officials, a general discussion about the present and future programs within the association were suggested.
