Description: Letter from John J. Herrera to Alonso S. perales regarding the guardianship proceedings of the Cisneros matter. Herrera writes that he had a talk with Mrs. Mansfield, and her attorney is taking care of the matter of changing her name from Mrs. Fajardo to Mrs. Manfield. If she likes her name to be unchanged, Herrera could get the papers signed and send them to her. Herrera also mentions that he would get the file on Macario Garcia up to date and send it to her.

Cortez new Lulac President

Description: Newspaper clipping from "San Antonio Light" announcing Raoul A. Cortez as the new LULAC President-General and names of other office bearers of LULAC.
