Description: This scrapbook was collated for the American Art Week competition. On the front cover is a map of Texas with divisions for the Federated Women's Club districts. The motto of the Texas Art Division of the Federation is "Give Art a Chance." Each of the local Abilene universities - Hardin-Simmons University, McMurry University, and Abilene Christian University - had events to highlight American Art week.
