Description: Letter from D. F. Prince from the Law Offices of Vesey, Prince, & Clineburg in Washington, D. C., to John J. Herrera in Houston, Texas. Prince advises Herrera to make a thorough investigation of Charles L. Belfi to determine whether or not he was qualified to serve as General Manager of a radio station. Prince thinks Herrera should also authorize John H. Barron to proceed on the new frequency because of the conflict with Mexia.

Prince acknowledging receipt of Prince's latest communication to advise that the FCC granted the petition to amend to 1510 kc. Herrera also inquires on behalf of Mr. Morales about the possibility of using the call letters (KMOR) and about contacting the lawyers for the Mexia station in regards to covering expenses incurred in amending the application.

The Commission will delay the application until it settled the clear channel problem and formulated new rules regarding daytime grants.
