Description:
Letter from Perry Sayles to R. H. Reaves stating he joined in execution of the oil and gas lease for B. I. Terry's land. The lease will only be delivered if the test well is drilled. Sayles states their royalty interest is of no value now unless the well produces and advises Reaves to join in the lease to cover his share of the royalty.
