Description: Photograph of an aerial view of Port Arthur College. Buildings are identified left to right as Gates Library, Administration Building, boys dormitory, girls dormitory, and the historic A. J. M. Vuylsteke House. In the background, there is a view of Port Arthur. The A. J. M. Vuylsteke House was constructed for the Vuylsteke family in 1905 by J. E. Alexander at a cost of $3,600. Mr. Vulysteke was the Dutch Consul in Port Arthur beginning in 1906.
