Description: Letter from Perry Sayles to The Bank of Desdemona stating he paid some of the price for a royalty interest owned by R. H. Reaves. Sayles states because of his ownership the deed must be held by the bank and any payment on a previously declined check should be forwarded to the First State Bank of Eastland.
