Description: Postcard to Mrs. Connie Austin. The sender writes that he has just arrived, that he thinks he will enjoy living in Boerne, Texas, and that he has seen lots of pretty girls. The front of the postcard features a photograph of the Kendall County Fair parking lot, in Boerne, Texas. There is a long row of cars parked on the left side of a large dirt lot. A crow of people stands on the other side of the lot, next to a large building on their right.

Both Loma Jones and Gladys Bates were centers on the Denton High School girls basketball team from 1916-1917 and were also in Campfire Girls together.
