Description: Postcard of an illustration of an overview of a river with a metal suspension bridge across it and a smaller stream sunning alongside the river, further up a gradual hill. The banks of the river and stream, as well as the hills in the background, are covered in trees. Printed text at the top of the postcard identifies the area as Riverside Park, shown from a vantage point on Bingham Heights in Asheville, North Carolina. The other side of the postcard is blank except for postcard markings.

Description: Patent for a new and improved fountain pen that provides a “novel means for manipulating the compressible reservoir” (lines 13-14) of the pen and of which the contents "may readily be fed manually, to the ink-applying portion of the pen" (lines 10-11) including instructions and illustrations.
