Cartwheel Hat

Natural straw cartwheel or picture hat. The wide, slightly floppy, brim slopes up to the low circular domed crown. Around the crown is a black silk scarf attached in three places with black bows, with trailing section off of the back of the brim.

Hat of navy plastic straw. Domed crown and wide, floppy brim trimmed with white topstitching. Two large white silk gardenia flowers, leaves and stems as trim on right side of crown. Hatpin with black, oval head. Unlined with navy grosgrain ribbon inner headband. Retailer' label on inside crown: "Neiman-Marcus / Made to Order" Tag on inside headband: "Made in France"
