[Heritage Park Plaza, Criminal Courts Building, and Tarrant County Jail]

Description: Photograph of Heritage Park Plaza, Criminal Courts Building and the Tarrant County Jail. The buildings are arranged in stair-steps, with each one getting larger as they get farther away from the camera. Each has multiple stories, and the front building has little waterfalls flowing from it, as it is a fountain of sorts. There are trees growing all around the fountain. The middle building casts a shadow on the one in the background.
