[Rotunda railing at the Tarrant County Courthouse]

Description: Photograph of the rotunda railing at the Tarrant County Courthouse. The railing is made of wrought iron that is bent into swirled designs. Each design is in its own section, and every five sections there is a column. Speckled tile surrounds the railing and a spotlight illuminates the wall below the railing.
