Description: Photograph of a horse-drawn wagon in the parade for the first annual League City Holiday Festival of Lights. The wagon's frame is uncovered and exposed. Two women, one of whom is waving to parade spectators, are riding the wagon while a man steers the horses. The parade procession is moving down Farm to Market Road 518 and Highway 3 until eventually culminating in Walter Hall Park.
