Description: Letter from T. A. Irvin to Henry Sayles stating that D. J. Cutbinth is one of few who has not signed up for the Lyttle Gap route. Those who have not signed only desire small amounts of money for their land. Irvin states that he believes Abilene will not get the central road on this railway and their people have little faith in that changing.
