Description: Petition filed in the court of claims: William C. Wright v. The United States and the Comanche and Kiowa Tribes of Indians. The subject of the petition is a theft of horses from William C. Wright by members of a Native American tribe. He filed a claim, but it was not fulfilled. A handwritten note on the back of the last page describes a testimony given as part of the case.
