My father would often lament not taking photos of this structure earlier. It was already beginning to fall apart. This section was an add on when "The girls became "courting age" hence; this fireplace chimney was part of the Courtin' Parlor.

Description: Postcard from Blanche S. to Mr. and Mrs. Jack M., giving her best wishes and saying she'll be homes in a few days. The front of the postcard features a photograph of Ye Kendall Inn, in Boerne, a long, two-story plantation style house with porches on both stories and a screened-in sun room on the far left side. The gravel driveway that runs parallel to the house is lined with trees, and has two automobiles parked on it. The name of the house is printed at the bottom of the postcard.
