Description: Paper with a summary of Morgan Jones' right of way through the town of Abilene, Texas to build and operate a railroad between Abilene and Winters, Texas, which was granted to him by the Commissioners' Court of Taylor County in 1908. It also lists that the grant is dependent on Jones constructing and operating the railroad in such a way that it causes the least obstruction to the public.
