This is a residential neighborhood somewhere in modern day central El Paso, Texas; however the neighborhood's location is not exactly known. Description: Postcard of mountain scenery on the border. Postcard of an unidentified group of cavalry soldiers at the base of the Franklin Mountains. Some of the horses appear to be malnourished because their ribs are showing. Perhaps the horses were left to graze in this field.
