Description: Photograph of soldiers resting along the line of march. The photograph was taken in the area of modern day central El Paso, Texas. There are at least two hundred rifles visible in the photograph; one soldier guards all of the rifles. Many soldiers have taken refuge under the shaded eves of the homes.
