Description: Journal clipping discussing cause no. 301, American Glycerin Company and Nelson Mosier vs. Kenridge Oil Company et al., in the Court of Civil Appeals of Texas, Eastland, heard on April 29, 1927. The original cause was brought by Kenridge Oil Company and others for damage to an oil well due to the premature explosion of a nitroglycerin shell, and the district court's judgement in favor of the plaintiff was appealed by the American Glycerin Company and Nelson Mosier.
