Organdy sundress

Description: Toddler's sundress of pink lightweight organdy. Knee length; apron style with two inch wide straps; front buttons with four buttons; ruffled ivory lace down center front and at top of each side of front bodice. Top of front bodice has each side rounded like an arch. Two inch wide waist band; belt attached at side seams and ties in back. Gathered full skirt; five inch hem. Tiny rounded patch pocket on right side of skirt has ruffled lace trim.

Description: Girl's/toddler's sundress of white organdy. Straps are 3" wide with pale blue organdy ruffle trim on each side; top of bodice has blue organdy ruffled trim; below ruffle, bodice is smocked in darker blue, yellow, green and red with a cross-stitched embroidered scene of a yellow and red house with green trees. 4" wide hem is scalloped at top. Belt attached at side seams ties in back; one belt loop on back. Closure of two buttons at back from neck to mid-back. Label: Hand Made / in Philipines

They traveled to several places over one hundred miles in about 4 hours. He also describes getting caught in a typhoon on the way back to Manila.
